The first two phases of the Città project are set to be rental buildings. Phase 1 is presently available for rent as the building is set to be delivered in Summer 2021. Phase 2’s units will be made available during 2021. The two phases will combine for approximately 320 units with variable configurations. Each building is equipped with state-of-the-art amenities: Rooftop Terrace (with BBQ, lounge, and shared workspaces), Fitness Room, Secured Access (chip entry and cameras), Commercial ground floor, and Green Spaces and Landscaping (Phase 2).
